Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Are Pinnacle Port condominiums a good investment? Many of our owners have purchased more than one condo unit. This is a strong testament to the opinion and value that owners have of Pinnacle Port. Q. Is there a community association? Yes, there are 408 voters(one for each unit) that are members of the Pinnacle Port Community Association. They elect an eight member board of officers and directors. All owners are required to become members of the association and annual fees are collected quarterly from each unit owner to support the operation of the condominium. Q. Is there an on-site rental program? Pinnacle Port Vacation Rentals is the on-site rental program and is operated by the Pinnacle Port Community Association. Currently (2007) they charge owners who place their unit(s) in the rental program a management fee of 25% for long-term rental and 30% for short-term rental. The on-site rental program is very convenient for guests because of the office location and the hours of operation. Q. How old is Pinnacle Port? Pinnacle Port dates back to the mid to late seventies. This may be a concern to some folks if they only look at the date of its beginning; however, once they have visited the premises and have seen how well-maintained the complex is, the concern no longer exists. Q. What type of amenities does Pinnacle Port offer? Rarely will one find a condominium that has Gulf-front and Lake-front views from every unit. This is an attractive and unique feature that Pinnacle Port offers. Include with that the free access to a boat landing, free use of boat slips, fishing from the pier and/or lake, four tennis courts, an indoor/outdoor, heated pool plus an additional outdoor pool, shuffle board courts, basketball goals, picnic pavilion with grills, saunas, large meeting room, arcade, and a gated community; and you have the reasons why so many people love Pinnacle Port.
